Location

The Loft is located in Acacia Bay - The westernside of the lake, 5 minutes from the Taupo township.

Taupo is New Zealands most popular lake resort and is situated in the centre of the North Island of New Zealand.

Travel Times by car: From Auckland approx. 3-3 1/2 hours drive. From Wellington approx. 4 1/2 hours drive

If arriving from the North turn right into Poihipi Road (Kinloch/Acacia Bay sign) directly after passing the Huka Falls Road/lookout sign on your left hand side. Take the first left turn into Acacia Bay Road, stay on this road, through the roundabout, straight ahead at the give way sign, continue past shops on your right into the 100km zone until you reach the "Acacia Bay Welcome" sign. We are directly up the rise from there on Wakeman Road second house on the left.

If travelling from the South, head along the lakefront past all the shops on the right just keep following the road until you get to the traffic lights and then straight ahead up to the roundabout, down the little hill and over the control gates bridge and then 1st left into Norman Smith Street . Wind up the hill and then left again into Acacia Bay Rd continue past shops on your right into the 100km zone until you reach the "Acacia Bay Welcome" sign. We are directly up the rise from there on Wakeman Road second house on the left.
